Franklin Man Charged With 5 Counts of Attempted Second Degree Murder

According to Franklin Police Chief Morris Beverly, a Franklin man has turned himself in after being wanted on several charges including attempted second-degree murder.

Terran Ballet, 19, of Bud St., Franklin, LA, turned himself into the Franklin Police Department on August 2, 2022, at 1:56 PM, on a warrant dated July 28, 2022, for attempted second degree murder – 5 counts, illegal carrying of weapons, illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities, firearm-free zone, criminal street gang activity, aggravated criminal damage to property, principal to attempted second degree murder – 5 counts.

Ballet was booked, processed, and held on a $1,075,000.00 bond.
