Franklin Man Arrested For Failing To Show In Court For Simple Burglary Charges

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Phillip Andrew Randolph, 31, of 128 Dotties Lane, Franklin, LA, on warrants charging him with failure to appear in court on multiple felony charges.

Phillip Andrew Randolph was previously arrested in Assumption Parish on charges of Simple Burglary, Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling and Forgery. As a result of that arrest, Phillip Andrew Randolph was ordered to appear in court on March 30, 2022. Randolph failed to appear as ordered resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest on April 1, 2022.

Phillip Andrew Randolph was arrested by the Houma Police Department on Monday, September 19, 2022. Randolph was transferred and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on Tuesday on charges of:

*Failure to Appear in Court in Assumption Parish on charges of Simple Burglary, Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling and Forgery.

Phillip Andrew Randolph remains incarcerated with bond set at $961.50, cash only.
