Anthony Wells, 69, of Antigo Alley, Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 30, 2022, at 7:58 AM, on a warrant dated June 15, 2022, for remaining where forbidden. Wells was booked, processed, and released on a $500.00 bond.
Alicia Sereal, 39, of Adams St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 30, 2022, at 10:02 AM, on the charge of theft. Sereal was booked, processed, and held on a $1,500.00 bond.
