Jakyius Payton, 18, of Caffery St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 22, 2022, at 4:32 PM, on the charge of disturbing the peace. Payton was booked, processed, and held on a $1,000.00 bond.
James Oglesby, 41, of Iberia St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 23, 2022, at 3:34 AM, on a warrant for 23rd Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Oglesby was additionally arrested on a warrant for Iberville Parish Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on the charges of possession of schedule I controlled dangerous substance and possessing contraband. Oglesby was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
