Melvin Paul, Jr., of Seventh St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on August 18, 2022, at 8:35 PM, on the charges of possession of schedule I with the intent to distribute, tail lamps required, switched license plate, no vehicle registration, and no proof of insurance. Paul was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at time of press release.
