Tyrone Freeman, 54, of Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 18, 2023, at 1:59 PM, on the charges of possession of schedule II narcotics (methamphetamine), possession of schedule I narcotics (marijuana), simple criminal damage to property, and resisting an officer – 2 counts. Freeman was booked, processed, and held on an $8,500.00 bond.
Heather Theriot, 45, of Highway 87, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 18, 2023, at 2:13 PM, on the charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule I narcotics (marijuana). Theriot was booked, processed, and released to appear in Third Ward City Court.
