Franklin Arrest Report 5-24-2023

The Franklin Police Department responded to 11 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:

Victor Depass, 64, of Eighth St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 23, 2023, at 3:32 PM, on the charge of simple battery. Depass was booked, processed, and released to appear in Third Ward City Court.

Monica Druilhet, 18, of Robert St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 23, 2023, at 10:16 PM, on the charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. Druilhet was booked, processed, and released on a $1,000.00 bond.
