Franklin Arrest Report 4-18-2022

The Franklin Police Department responded to 53 complaints over the past holiday weekend and made the following arrests:

Milton Green, 35, of Willow St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 14, 2022, at 1:10 PM, on the charges of remaining where forbidden and possession of drug paraphernalia. Green was booked, processed, and held on a $2,500.00 bond.

Emily Chauvin, 21, of Oak St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 15, 2022, at 12:21 AM, on the charges of possession of schedule I narcotics (marijuana) and careless operation. Chauvin was booked, processed, and released on a $2,250.00 bond.

Tyreik Harrison, 20, of St. Joseph Ln., Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 15, 2022, at 11:30 PM, on the charges of illegal carrying of a firearm – 3 counts and obstruction of justice. Harrison was booked, processed, and held on a $7,500.00 bond.

Jmichael Gray, 18, of Pine St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 15, 2022, at 11:30 PM, on the charge of illegal carrying of a firearm – 2 counts. Gray was booked, processed, and released on a $2,000.00 bond.

Cheyenne Randle, 19, of Hickman St., Delcambre, LA, was arrested on April 15, 2022, at 11:30 PM, on the charges of stop sign violation – 9 counts, illegal carrying of a firearm – 2 counts, flight from an officer, reckless operation, general speed law, and criminal damage to property. Randle was booked, processed, and released on an $8,000.00 bond.

Heather Theriot, 45, of Robertson St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 17, 2022, at 1:04 AM, on the charge of obstruction of justice. Theriot was additionally arrested on a warrant for City Court of Morgan City for failure to appear for contempt of court. Theriot was booked, processed, and held on a $6,042.50 bond.

Tyrone Freeman, 48, of Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 17, 2022, at 1:02 AM, on a warrant dated April 8, 2022, for simple burglary and theft by shoplifting. Freeman was additionally arrested on the charge of simple burglary. Freeman was booked, processed, and held on a $28,500.00 bond.
