Dwayde Howard, 55, of Tenth St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 16, 2024, at 10:15 AM, on the charge of theft. Howard was booked, processed, and released to appear in Third Ward City Court.
Travis Hill, 39, of Second St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 16, 2024, at 10:27 PM, on the charge of domestic abuse battery. Hill was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
