The Franklin Police Department responded to 15 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Wendy Istre, 42, of Oneida St., Charenton, LA, was arrested on March 26, 2023, at 5:28 PM, on a warrant dated March 5, 2023, for theft – 6 counts. Istre was additionally arrested on the charge of theft. Istre was booked, processed, and released on a $10,500.00 bond.
