The Franklin Police Department responded to 18 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Darren Holmes, 63, of Chitimacha Trail, Baldwin, LA., was arrested on March 18, 2022, at 2:29 PM, on the charge of theft. Holmes was booked, processed, and released on a $1,500.00 bond.
Justin Webb, 38, of Louisiana St., Jeanerette, LA., was arrested on March 18, 2022, at 4:07 PM, on the charges of simple robbery and disturbing the peace. Webb was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Charles Foulcard, Jr., 35, of Carl C. Foulcard Dr., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 20, 2022, at 12:07 AM, on the charges of aggravated flight from an officer and resisting an officer. Foulcard was booked, processed, and released on a $10,000.00 bond.
