Keenze Howard, 56, of Ninth St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 17, 2022, at 3:49 PM, on a warrant dated December 23, 2021, for criminal trespassing and theft of parts from a vehicle. Howard was additionally arrested on a warrant for Third Ward City Court, for failure to appear on the charge of driving under suspension. Howard was booked, processed, and held on a $2,325.00 bond.
Dezzie Shavers, 65, of East Third St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 18, 2022, at 2:49 AM, on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charge of issuing worthless checks. Shavers was booked, processed, and held on a $1,000.00 bond.
