The Franklin Police Department responded to 17 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
Nicholas Turner, 29, of Easy St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 16, 2022, at 8:28 AM, on a warrant dated December 9, 2021, for simple criminal damage to property. Turner was booked, processed, and released to appear in Third Ward City Court.
Jonathan Stovall, 19, of Canal Dr., Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 16, 2022, at 3:52 PM, on the charges of possession of schedule I narcotics (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Stovall was booked, processed, and released on a $3,500.00 bond.
Chantell Guillot, 57, of Guidroz St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 16, 2022, at 4:10 PM, on the charges of identity theft – 11 counts and bank fraud – 11 counts. Guillot was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
