The Franklin Police Department responded to 22 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Zackary Miller, 35, of W. Delaware St., McAlister, OK, was arrested on September 29, 2023, at 8:55 AM, on the charge of remaining where forbidden and theft. Miller was booked, processed, and held on a $2,000.00 bond.
Milton Green, 36, of Willow St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 30, 2023, at 2:13 PM, on the charges of remaining where forbidden and possession of drug paraphernalia – 3rd offense. Green was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
