The Franklin Police Department responded to 17 complaints over the past holiday weekend and made the following arrests:
Milton Green, 35, of Willow St., Franklin, LA., was arrested on November 25, 2022, at 8:48 PM, on the charges of remaining where forbidden and possession of drug paraphernalia. Green was booked, processed, and held on a $2,000.00 bond.
Jumicheal Smith, 43, of Sixth St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 27, 2022, at 4:05 PM, on the charges of resisting an officer and violations of protective order. Smith was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at time of press release.
Nicole Bonvillain, 41, of Tenth St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 27, 2022, at 8:05 PM, on the charges of theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bonvillain was booked, processed, and held on a $3,000.00 bond.
Rodney Bowie, 44, of Seventh St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 27, 2022, at 8:05 PM, on the charges of theft and violation of a protective order. Bowie was additionally arrested on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of remaining where forbidden, simple criminal damage to property, and battery of a dating partner. Bowie was booked, processed, and held on a $4,350.00 bond.
