The Franklin Police Department responded to 14 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Travion White, 20, of Railroad Ave., Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 20, 2022, at 1:05 PM, on the charges of disturbing the peace, inciting to riot, and contributing to the delinquency of juveniles. White was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
Marteilan Mitchell, 20, of Trowbridge St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 20, 2022, at 1:05 PM, on the charges of attempted second degree murder, second degree battery, and cruelty to juveniles. Mitchell was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
Amaya Darby, 20, of Martin Luther King Blvd., Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 20, 2022, at 1:05 PM, on the charges of disturbing the peace and inciting to riot. Darby was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
