Kendrick Madison, 46, of Anderson St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on October 3, 2023, at 7:48 PM, on a warrant dated June 17, 2023, for aggravated battery and a warrant dated August 10, 2023, for battery of a dating partner by strangulation – 3rd offense. Madison was additionally arrested on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Madison was booked, processed, and held on a $111,052.01 bond.
Shawn Jenkins, 46, of Morris St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on October 3, 2023, at 8:23 PM, on the charge of theft. Jenkins was booked, processed, and released to appear in Third Ward City Court.
