Franklin Arrest Report 1-6-2022

The Franklin Police Department responded to 8 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:

Jai-Cherydan Gutter, 25, of Harrell Ave., Hammond, LA, was arrested on January 5, 2022, at 8:40 PM, on the charges of domestic abuse battery and simple criminal damage to property. Gutter was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
