Jarmontay Roberson, 26, of James St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 27, 2021, at 9:04 AM, on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charge of simple criminal damage to property and on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of disturbing the peace by language and resisting an officer. Roberson was additionally arrested on a warrant for Baldwin Police Department for criminal damage to property. Roberson was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
