Dianne Anslem Rulf, 66, a resident of Stephensville, passed away peacefully, Sunday, July 17, 2022 at her home.

Dianne was born October 9, 1955, the daughter of Nelson Paul Anslem Sr. and Rita East.

Dianne was the life of the party; she loved anything that involved dressing up and having a good time, especially Mardi Gras and Halloween. Dianne retired from Stephensville Elementary after 35 years; she was their bus driver for 17 of those years. Dianne enjoyed driving the bus every day, she loved all of the children and making each bus ride special for them by dressing up for all of the holidays. Dianne enjoyed going camping, fishing, shopping and to the casino. She also loved spending time with her family.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her two children, Glenn Rulf Jr. and wife Mandy and Kristy Rulf both of Stephensville; three sisters, Betty Broussard and husband Al of Laurelville, LA, Mary Ann Keller of Youngsville, LA, and Susan Serrette of Homer, LA; four grandchildren, Hallie Richard and husband Cody, Hunter Rulf and wife Courtney, Sarah Ribardi and significant other, Bryce Beaubouef, and Kayli Ribardi; one great-grandson, Fisher Richard; her fur-babies, Gabby and Sadie; numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.

Dianne was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Roger Glenn Rulf Sr., in-laws, Helen and Louis Toups; one sister, Margaret Anslem; one brother, Nelson Anlsem Jr.; 1 sister-in-law and three brothers-in-law.

Pallbearers will be Glenn Rulf Jr., Hunter Rulf, Cody Richard, Bryce Beaubouef, Ronnie East, David Anslem, Peewee Keller, Dane Chiasson, and Kristy Rulf.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Twin City Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 21, 2022, at Twin City Funeral Home from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the rosary at 1:30 p.m. After the services, Dianne will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
