Chitimacha Arrest Report 2-3-2021

Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reports the following arrests:
On 1-27-21, a 16-year-old juvenile was arrested for the Tribal charges of burglary and theft.  He was transported to Sac & Fox Juvenile Detention Center in Stroud, Oklahoma.  This arrest stemmed from an ongoing investigation.  It was learned the 16-year-old juvenile was involved and a warrant was issued.  Officers located the juvenile and was arrested.
On 2-2-21, officers conducted an investigation at a Tribal residence.  During the investigation, it was learned two (2) subjects were involved and warrants were issued.  The two (2) suspects were located with the assistance of New Iberia Police Department and the following were arrested:
Tina Berrios, 46, Walton Street, New Iberia, was arrested for exploitation of person with the infirmities and prostitution.  She was transported to the parish jail.
Cindy Johnson, 49, Walton Street, New Iberia, was arrested for exploitation of person with infirmities and released on a summons.
