UPDATE, 3:20 pm – One occupant was feared to have been stuck under the boat. However, the occupant has since been found and is being evaluated by medical personnel.
Multiple agencies are responding to a report of a boat that has flipped in the Franklin Canal. St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office, Franklin Fire Department and Acadian Ambulance are responding to the scene.
