Berwick Police Chief David Leonard reports the following arrests:
Jaicherydan Gutter B/M 24 Harrell Ave. Hammond was arrested on July 26, 2022 at 3:00 PM for
- WARRANT- VIOLATION OF PROTECTIVE ORDER
On July 25, 2022 Gutter was arrested by the Berwick Police Department for an unrelated matter. During the booking process, Gutter made a phone call to a female caller. It was later learned that the female that he called had an active protective order against him prohibiting him from contacting her. A warrant was issued for his arrest. On July 26, 2022 at 3:00 PM Gutter was booked on the above warrant for Violation of Protective Order.
