Berwick Police Chief David Leonard reports the following arrests:
Tyler Kapp W/M 30 Southeast Blvd. Morgan City was arrested on April 4, 2022 at 11:35pm for
- RECKLESS OPERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
On April 4,2022 at approximately 11:30PM officers in the area of Old Spanish Trail and Hwy.182 observed a motorcycle traveling in a reckless manner and at speeds well over the posted speed limit. A traffic stop was conducted and officers made contact with Kapp. Kapp was placed under arrest for Reckless Operation of a Motor Vehicle and released on a summons to appear in court in July.
