Dustin Lovell W/M 26 Sandy Ln. Franklin was arrested on April 13, 2023 at 10:30 PM for
- TAIL LIGHTS REQUIRED
- DRIVING UNDER SUSPENSION
- POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE II CDS METHAMPHETAMINE
- POSSESSION OF A FIREARM BY A CONVICTED FELON
Julianna Culbertson W/F 18 Burbon St. Jackson LA was arrested on April 13, 2023 at 10:30 PM for
- POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE II CDS OXYCODONE
On April 13, 2023 at approximately 9:56 PM at approximately 9:56 PM officers observed a vehicle traveling on LA Hwy. 182 with no tail lights. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle and officers made contact with Lovell and Culbertson. During the course of the stop, consent was granted to search the vehicle. At that time, Methamphetamine and a firearm belonging to Lovell was located inside the vehicle. It was learned that Lovell is a convicted felon which prohibits him from possessing a firearm. Also during a search of the vehicle, Culbertson was found to be in possession of Oxycodone pills. Lovell and Culbertson were placed under arrest and transported to the Berwick Police Department. Lovell was booked on the charges of No Tail Lights, Driving Under Suspension, Possession of Schedule II CDS Methamphetamine, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. Culbertson was booked on the charge of Possession of Schedule II CDS Oxycodone.
