Berwick Police Chief David Leonard reports the following arrest:
Jason J. Olivier W/M, 38 years old, of Cleveland St. Patterson, was arrested on Thursday, February 25, 2021, at 11:17PM, on the following charge:
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On February 25, 2021, at 11:05PM, officers responded to an apartment complex in the 3500 block of Hwy 182 regarding a disturbance. Upon arrival, Olivier was identified as the person causing the disturbance. He was found to be in possession of items of drug paraphernalia. Olivier was placed under arrest and booked into the Berwick Jail where he remains in lieu of a $1,500.00 bond.
