- POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE I HEROIN
- POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE II METHAMPHETAMINE
- POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE I MARIJUANA
- POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE I THC
- POSSESSION OF A FIREARM IN THE PRESENCE OF A CDS
- POSSESSION OF A CDS IN THE PRESENCE OF A JUVENILE
- POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
- NO TURN SIGNAL
On January 6, 2023 at approximately 01:05 AM a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle after it was observed to not signal as it made a turn. Officers met with Bergeron and through the course of the stop a search was conducted of her vehicle. During this time, a firearm was located along with suspected Heroin, Methamphetamine, Marijuana, THC and other items of drug paraphernalia. There was a small child in the vehicle at the time of the traffic stop. Bergeron was placed under arrest and transported to the Berwick Police Department where she was booked on the charges of Possession of Sch I Heroin, Possession of Sch II Methamphetamine, Possession of Sch I Marijuana, Possession of Sch I THC, Possession of a Firearm in the presence of a CDS, Possession of a CDS in the presence of a juvenile, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and No Turn Signal
