Alyssa Muse, 35, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on May 16, 2026, at 8:30 AM on an outstanding warrant from the Morgan City Police Department for the charge of theft.
On Saturday morning, deputies made contact with Muse at her residence in Bayou Vista and placed her under arrest on the active warrant. Muse was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail has not been set at this time.
This arrest stems from an investigation by the Morgan City Police Department. We will update the story once Muse is transferred to the custody of Morgan City Police Department and they release additional information.
