Attempted Murder Charges Filed After Baldwin Shooting

Four people have been arrested following a shooting that injured two people in Baldwin earlier this month.

According to authorities, the arrests stem from a shooting that occurred on July 14 in the area of Batiste and Coulee streets.

The following individuals were arrested:

Travis L. Nedd is charged with Attempted Second Degree Murder, Illegal Use of Weapons or Dangerous Instrumentalities, and Disturbing the Peace by Fighting.

Leonard D. Paul is charged with Attempted Second Degree Murder, Illegal Use of Weapons or Dangerous Instrumentalities, Disturbing the Peace by Fighting/Simple Assault, and Obstruction of Justice (Tampering with Evidence).

Joseph Brown is charged with Obstruction of Justice (Tampering with Evidence).
A fourth suspect, Carson, was also arrested on an Obstruction of Justice (Tampering with Evidence) charge.

Investigators allege Brown and Carson removed evidence from the scene following the shooting.

Officials said bond amounts had not been set as of the latest update. The investigation remains ongoing.
