Anthony Lee Peck, affectionately known as Butch, passed away at the age of 77 as the result of an automobile accident on Thursday, July 25, 2024.
Butch was born on May 13, 1947 in Paducah, Kentucky and worked in various industries until earning his degree as an Engineer. He was currently employed as Chief Engineer of the Amelia Belle Casino. He was an avid Poker player and enjoyed traveling all over the states with his wife. Family was most important to Butch and his life centered on those he loved.
Butch is survived by his children, Christopher A. Peck and his wife Kimberly, Angela Hawes and her husband Eric, Sabrea Beane, and Stella Beane-Peck; step-daughter, Dusty David and her Mitch; sister, June Culp; as well as a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 20 years, Teresa Jo Peck; two sons, Anthony Lee “Tony” Peck Jr. and Jay Riley Peck (infant); step-daughter, Dzra Johnson; and his parents, Lessie Lee Peck and Rubye Lee Filbeck Peck.
A memorial gathering will be held Friday, August 2, 2024, at the Church of the Assumption Parish Center, in Franklin beginning at 2:00 PM concluding with closing ceremony at 4:00 PM conducted by Father Joel Faulk.
