WHERE: Portions of central, south central, southwest, and westncentral Louisiana, including the following parishes, in central Louisiana, Avoyelles, Evangeline, Rapides and St. Landry. In southncentral Louisiana, Lafayette, Lower Iberia, Lower St. Martin,nLower St. Mary, Upper Iberia, Upper St. Martin and Upper St. Mary.nIn southwest Louisiana, Allen, Beauregard, East Cameron, Lower Vermilion, Northern Acadia, Northern Calcasieu, Northern Jefferson Davis, Southern Acadia, Southern Calcasieu, Southern Jefferson Davis, Upper Vermilion and West Cameron. WHEN: Through Thursday evening.

IMPACTS: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,ncreeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.nFlooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
