The Franklin Police Department responded to 12 calls for service over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
Melissa Conley, 54, of Plantation Teche Dr., Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 29, 2025, at 10:48 AM, on the charge of theft. Conley was booked, processed, and released on a $1,500.00 bond.
Brandon Warren, 33, of Industrial Parkway, New Orleans, LA, was arrested on September 29, 2025, at 7:07 PM, on the charge of possession of schedule I narcotics (psilocybin mushrooms) with intent to distribute. Warren was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
