St. Mary Parish Sheriff Gary Driskell advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 58 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Dana E. Peters, 42, Houma, LA, was arrested on August 8, 2025, at 8:45 am for failure to appear on the charge of non support. Bail was set at $1,715.
Larry James Hatfield, 35, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on August 9, 2025, at 12:55 am for possession of firearm-alcoholic beverage outlet, obstruction of justice-tampering, and violation of protective orders. Bail has not been set at this time.
Kayla Marie Aucoin, 31, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on August 10, 2025, at 5:07 pm on three warrants for failure to appear for the charges of no seatbelt and no child restraint. Bail was set at $360.
Dane Dustin Parks, 49, Bacliff, TX, was arrested on August 10, 2025, at 4:58 pm for driving while intoxicated. Bail was set at $2,500.
Seth Aurelius Kidder, 45, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on August 10, 2025, at 5:07 pm for assault-simple. Bail has not been set at this time.
