Ricky Lemon, 56, of Anderson St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 20, 2025, at 11:50 PM, on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charge of possession of marijuana. Lemon was booked, processed, and held on a $375.00 bond.
