The Franklin Police Department responded to 23 complaints over the past holiday weekend and made the following arrests:
Shane Williams, 37, of Brocato Lane, Raceland, LA, was arrested on December 30, 2023, at 11:48 AM, on the charge of speeding and driving under suspension. Williams was additionally arrested on a warrant for 17th Judicial District Court on the charge of non support. Williams was booked, processed, and released on a $10,050.00 bond.
Allen Foco, 37, of Carl C. Foulcard St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 30, 2023, at 1:56 PM, on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charge of driving under suspension. Foco was booked, processed, and released on a $313.00 bond.
Antoinette Starks, 49, of Blakesley St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 01, 2024, at 2:17 PM, on the charge of domestic abuse battery. Starks was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at time of press release.
