Brontriaze Weber B/M 27 of Franklin was arrested on December 4,2023 at 8:38 PM for
- POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE II CDS METHAMPHETAMINE
- NO INSURANCE
- DRIVING UNDER SUSPENSION
- EXPIRED MVI
- TWO HEAD LIGHTS REQUIRED
Billy Townsend B/M 30 of Houma was arrested on December 4,2023 at 8:38 PM for
- POSSESSION OF SCHEDULE II CDS METHAMPHETAMINE
- MORGAN CITY WARRANT- FAILURE TO APPEAR FOR NO INSURANCE AND CHILD RESTRAINT
On December 4,2023 at approximately 8:17 PM a vehicle was observed on US Hwy. 90 with only one functioning headlight. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle at which time officers observed an object being discarded from the vehicle. Officers retrieved the item which was found to be Methamphetamine. Officers made contact with Weber and Townsend who were both placed under arrest through the investigation of the stop.
