Patterson Police Chief Garrett Grogan, reported the arrest of two individuals between October 30th, 2023 at 08:00 A.M. and November 1st, 2023 at 08:00 A.M.
20-year-old Devin D. Dugar, a resident of Catherine Street in Patterson, was apprehended on Myrtle Street in the late hours of October 31st, 2023 at 11:33 PM. Dugar was charged with disturbing the peace while intoxicated and possession of marijuana weighing less than 14 grams. He is currently being held at the Patterson PD Jail with a bond set at $559.
Another individual, identified as Justis D. Peters (21) from Wise Street in Patterson, was also arrested at Myrtle Street on October 31st, 2023 at 11:33 PM. Peters faced charges of disturbing the peace while intoxicated and having an open container in public. He is now incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail with a bond amounting to $752.
