St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 84 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Waylan Leonard Payne, 42, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 28, 2023, at 10:06 pm for battery of a dating partner-child endangerment law. Bail was set at $15,000.
Xavier Omar Clark, 18, Centerville, LA, was arrested on July 29, 2023, at 10:56 pm for disturbing the peace by fighting and resisting arrest or officer. Bail was set at $1,000.
Tyrek Jamal Colbert, 21, Centerville, LA, was arrested on July 29, 2023, at 10:56 pm for disturbing the peace by fighting. Bail was set at $1,500.
William Sidney Huguet, 36, Galliano, LA, was arrested on July 29, 2023, at 6:20 pm for unauthorized entry to an inhabited dwelling and resisting arrest or officer. Bail was set at $50,000.
Courtney Paul Mayer, 35, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 29, 2023, at 11:26 pm for terrorizing, disturbing the peace intoxicated, and entry or remaining on forbidden place. Bail was set at $7,000.
Anthony Jude Leblanc Sr., 63, Gibson, LA, was arrested on July 30, 2023, at 2:42 pm for disturbing the peace intoxicated and possession of legend drug without prescription. Bail was set at $2,000.
