Authorities Investigating Mobile Home Fire In Jeanerette

Officials said on July Sunday evening at 9:43 PM, the Jeanerette Fire Department was dispatched to a mobile home on fire at 2024 St Charles Street. When they arrived, it was reported that fire was showing from the home. The fire was brought under control approximately 30 minutes later and was deemed to be suspicious. The Louisiana State Fire Marshal was contacted. No injuries were reported.
