Baton Rouge, LA-  Governor Jeff Landry announced the White House has approved the Emergency Declaration for the State of Louisiana which covers emergency measures related to Hurricane Francine.

“This federal assistance will be pivotal to save lives and property. As Hurricane Francine approaches Louisiana, I appreciate President Biden quickly approving this request,”  said Governor Jeff Landry.
