On November 15, 2023, at approximately 10:11 PM, the Franklin Police Department responded to several calls of shots fired in the area of Ninth Street. Upon arrival, officers’ located a wrecked vehicle and one victim with a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital. During the course of the investigation, two persons of interest have been identified.
