Two Arrested For Gun Law Violations and Felony Drug Charges After Search Warrant Execution

NAPOLEONVILLE – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon reports the arrest of Ashley Lynn Savoie, 35, of 4930 Highway 1, Napoleonville, LA, on felony drug and gun law violations following the execution of a search warrant at the aforementioned address on Wednesday.

Detectives were executing a search warrant relative to an ongoing investigation when they located illegal drugs. Narcotics agents were then assigned to the investigation along with detectives.

During the execution of the warrant, quantities of meth-amphetamine as well as a firearm were seized.

Ashley Lynn Savoie was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of:

*Possession of Meth-Amphetamine

*Illegal Possession of a Firearm in the Presence of Controlled Dangerous Substances

Ashley Lynn Savoie was incarcerated and later released on a $35,000 bond.

As a result of this investigation, warrants were issued for the arrest of Adam Daniel Simoneaux, 4930 Highway 1, Napoleonville, LA.

On Monday morning, Adam Daniel Simoneaux turned himself into the Assumption Parish Detention Center and was booked on charges of:

*Possession of Meth-Amphetamine

*Illegal Possession of a Firearm in the Presence of Controlled Dangerous Substances.

Simoneaux was incarcerated and later released on a $50,000 bond.
