Terrebonne Parish Deputies Seek Three Fugitives Wanted on Violent Crime Charges

The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating three individuals wanted on multiple serious charges.

As part of the agency’s “Wanted Wednesday” campaign, Sheriff Tim Soignet identified three suspects who currently have outstanding arrest warrants.

Tyaarian Zemar Queen, 20, of Thibodaux, is wanted on four counts of attempted second-degree murder and illegal use of a weapon. The charges stem from a shooting investigation dating back to June 2025.

Stephan Keith Smith, 27, of Houma, is wanted for domestic abuse battery – child endangerment and aggravated assault with a firearm. Those charges are connected to a disturbance investigated in April 2025.

Felipe Santiago Hernandez, 42, of Houma, is wanted for aggravated crimes against nature and two counts of first-degree rape in connection with a Special Victims Unit investigation from June 2025.

Sheriff Soignet urges anyone with information on the whereabouts of any of the three suspects to contact Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office detectives at 985-876-2500.

Anonymous tips may also be submitted through Crime Stoppers Bayou Region at 1-800-743-7433, online at CrimeStoppersBR.org, or through the Bayou Tips app.

Information leading to an arrest could make a tipster eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
