St. Mary Arrest Report 1-7-2021
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 28 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Georgianna J. Sweetser, 53, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on January 6, 2021, at 6:04 pm for theft. Sweetser was released on a summons to appear on April 27, 2021.
Kelly Heuring, 42, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on January 6, 2021, at 8:17 pm for disturbing the peace by fighting. Heuring was released on a summons to appear on April 27, 2021.
Brennan G. Giandelone, 21, Patterson, LA, was arrested on January 6, 2021, at 8:17 pm for disturbing the peace by fighting. Giandelone was released on a summons to appear on April 27, 2021.
Nickolas James Morris II, 32, Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 7, 2021, at 1:39 am for driving under suspension and on a warrant for failure to appear on the following charges:
- Possession of marijuana
- Operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked/canceled
- Improper lane usage
- Operating a vehicle not covered by security
Bail has not been set.
