Last night, Lieutenant John M. Schaff was promoted to Captain at the Morgan City Police Department. Captain Schaff has been serving the Morgan City Police Department since 1998. He has served the department in several capacities including Corrections, Patrol, K-9 Officer, Narcotics, Detectives, Sergeant, and his most recent position of Lieutenant. Captain Schaff will oversee the Administrative Division of the Morgan City Police Department.
