Preppy Pelican Celebrates Holds Ribbon Cutting

The Preppy Pelican recently held a ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of the children’s boutique. The store is owned and operated by Kayla Veillion. The boutique specializes in baby and children’s clothing up to age 8 in most items.
