Patterson Police Chief Garrett Grogan, reported the following arrests occurring between October 20th and 23rd, 2023.
The first arrest took place on Waveland Drive on October 22nd at 2:41 PM. Brian J. Fitter, a 41-year-old resident of Kelli Drive, faced numerous charges including resisting an officer by refusing to give his name and with force or violence, reckless operation with an accident, child endangerment, and not having the driver’s license on person. Fitter is currently being held at the Patterson PD Jail without bond.
Later that day at 8:41 PM, Tarana D. Walker, a 27-year-old from Park Street, was arrested on her home street for simple battery. She has been incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail and a bond of $2,500 has been set for her release.
The final arrest occurred early in the morning on October 23rd at 3:31 AM. Ashley M.L. Hernandez, a 27-year-old from SRTS Street in New Orleans, was apprehended on US-90 East in Patterson. Hernandez was charged with driving without a license and speeding 70 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. Her bond has been set at $550 while she remains incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail.
