New Iberia Police Asking for Public’s Assistance in Identifying a Suspect

The New Iberia Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a person of interest in a shot’s fired complaint that happened on Monday evening March 21st at around 7:17 pm. The NIPD responded to a shot’s fired complaint in the 1400 Block of Fulton Street in New Iberia. Upon arrival, officers located evidence indicating a shooting had occurred.
One of the individuals involved was captured on video surveillance.
Detectives are attempting to identify the individual.
