Interim Chief Mark E. Griffin Jr. and the Morgan City Police Department has announced they will be conducting a D.W.I. Check Point within city limits of Morgan City on Friday July 01, 2022, during the night time hours.
The checkpoint is being conducted in coordination with the Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over campaign which runs from July 1, 2022 through June 5, 2022. The campaign is coordinated and funded by the Louisiana Highway Safety Commission.
