On February 3, 2021, Detectives of the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office received an anonymous tip via Crime Stoppers that Gavin Guillot (m, 21 yrs. old) was in a sexual relationship with an underage juvenile and filming the sex acts as well as providing the juvenile with narcotics.
In the early morning hours of February 4, 2021, Detectives and Deputies with the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office located Guillot with the juvenile in Lydia, La. A small amount of suspected marijuana was in the room Guillot and the juvenile were sleeping in. During the investigation Mr. Guillot admitted to deputies that he had sex with the juvenile and admitted to possession of the marijuana. Mr. Guillot confessed to the allegations against him and identified other juveniles he had engaged in a sexual manner with.
Mr. Guillot was placed under arrest and booked into the Iberia Parish Jail on the following charges:
• Felony Carnal Knowledge of a juvenile
• Possession of schedule 1 narcotics
• Illegal use of C.D.S. in the presence of a juvenile.
• Contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
